Midlab Surface Sanitizer (04940041)

Use this surface sanitizer on hard, nonporous surfaces in restaurants, bars, kitchens, taverns, cafeterias, institutional kitchens, fast food operations and food storage areas. Disinfectant sanitizer kills bacteria (Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) in 10 minutes using 2 oz. per gallon with 400 ppm hard water and 5 percent soil on hard, nonporous surfaces. It is effective on hard, nonporous, food-contact surfaces and sanitizes in 1 minute using 1 oz. per 4 gallons with 500 ppm hard water (200 ppm active). It sanitizes food-contact surfaces from Aeromonas hydrophila, Campylobacter jejuni, Cronobacter sakazakii, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica serotype Typhi, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes and Yersinia enterocolitica.
