Glove components comply with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act that allow repeated use in direct contact with food. They are 100 percent allergen-free because they are 100 percent latex-free and 100 percent silicone-free. Powder-free construction means the gloves go through an extra process of chlorinating the gloves, making it easier to take the gloves on or off.
